Fuel Your EOY Sprint
As we inch closer to Q4, now is the time to (re)gain conviction in your vision and allow that to fuel your end of year sprint.
You signed up for this gig, its financial potential, and all of its promised autonomy.
So, what are you planning to do with it?
What sort of life do you want to live?
Why put up with the trials and tribulations, the emotional roller coaster that is business ownership unless you’re building towards something inspiring, fulfilling, and meaningful to you?
If you believe that having a vision matters, let’s make sure you’re driven by one that’s authentically yours.
But, of course, achieving your EOY goals won’t be a result of vision alone. As James Clear writes, there are three levels at which behavioral change can occur: outcomes, process, and identity.
With this in mind, I’ve created an abbreviated 1:1 coaching package, designed to target all three.
Over the course of three weekly sessions, we’ll slow down to intentionally spend time on who you are, what you’re building, and the specific progress you want to make through Q4.
Close 2026 with a boost in momentum and a fresh perspective. Then head into the new year clear on what matters most.
This offer is available now through September 30th, exclusively for my Northwestern Mutual connections. Register at the link below.
Your Investment: $900
I’m excited to meet you where you are and help you find the clarity, confidence, and conviction needed to get you where you want to be!
Offer Overview
Three 1:1 Coaching Sessions | 50 Minutes Each
Still questioning how these “fluffy” topics relate to the practicality of achieving your goals? Read more about the thinking behind each session.
-
“Your current behaviors are simply a reflection of your current identity.” - James Clear
We’ll start by diving straight into what James Clear calls the third and deepest level of behavioral change: identity. Through a series of questions you’ve likely never been asked before, we’ll draft an Identity Statement that allows you to show up consistently as the person and leader you know yourself to be.
-
“People get to where they want to go because they know where they want to go.” - Oprah Winfrey
During my nearly ten years at Northwestern Mutual and in my experience as a coach, I’ve noticed that very few leaders are teaching visioning as a skill. You spend the vast majority of your day thinking in terms of logic and analytics, but visioning requires you to flex more creative muscles. Instead of recycling a version of someone else’s vision, let’s think creatively about what you most genuinely want to create, experience, and achieve in this lifetime.
-
“Of all the factors that have been studied, the strongest known force in daily motivation is a sense of progress.” – Adam Grant
With a renewed vision in mind, we’ll set a KPI (Key Progress Indicator) for you to test in between Weeks 2 and 3. Change doesn’t happen overnight, so we’ll treat this like an experiment. Based on your results, we’ll troubleshoot accordingly.
Kind Words from Clients
“Sarah has been instrumental in helping me grow into a greater version of myself as a person and as a business owner. I’m more confident, more intentional, and more connected to my unique strengths than ever before. Her coaching helped me replace comparison with clarity & presence, and build toward a bigger vision with conviction. Our time was unlike any coaching experience I've had before!”

“Sarah has helped me in so many ways. She has allowed me to build a confident identity that compliments my work as a financial advisor but also helps me define success outside of that mold. Our exercises have been powerful and allowed me to challenge my thinking and what's possible. Without her guidance, I would be in the same frustration loop with no distinct way to solve it. She has helped me slow down to speed up.”
- Katie Kelbrants
Financial Advisor
“The coaching sessions with Sarah helped open my eyes to a different way to vision/dream for myself and my business. I had always believed that "a dream is useless unless acted upon." This limited my ability to think bigger as we worked on viewing these dreams with more of a observatory view. … I appreciated the dedicated time and the open-ended conversations that seemed to always find their mark on what truly matters.”
